Do you offer delivery within and outside Dar es Salaam?

Do your computers and hardware components come with a warranty?
Every laptop, desktop PC, and enterprise hardware component we sell carries a dedicated warranty. The exact duration depends on whether the item is a brand-new arrival or certified refurbished, and the coverage details are always clearly stated on your sales receipt.
What is your return and refund policy?
Physical Items and Laptops
We accept returns for repair if the used laptop is still under warranty.
Software Products Refund
We can make refund for Physical Software if the disc is returned in case the product key doesn’t work.
Digital Software/ Codes Refund
1.Digital Code Delivery: We strive to deliver the codes as quickly as possible, often within 10 minutes. Although sometimes can take up to 3 hours after payment confirmation. Our operating hours are from 10am to 8pm.
2.Code Sharing: Sharing the code with others is not advised as it can lead to unauthorized activation. We cannot be held responsible for codes that have been shared with others.
3.Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital codes, we cannot offer refunds once they are distributed. When buying, you agree that a “refund” isn’t possible as all the codes are 100% correct and distributed rightfully and truthfully by our distributor.
4.Reselling and Redistribution: Reselling or redistributing our stock is done at your own risk.
If you need assurance , we recommend our customers to come to our store in City Mall if you find any issues regarding keys or codes so that you may purchase them and redeem them here before you leave.
