Where do you currently deliver?

We deliver in nearly anywhere in Dar es Salaam with a standard charge of 4000 tshs. For areas far from the City, additional shipping charges will incur as follows:

Zone A- Kariakoo, Upanga, City Centre/Posta, Magomeni Mapipa = 4000 Tshs

Zone B- Magomeni Usalama/Mwembechai, Oysterbay, Kinondoni, Masaki, Sinza, Mikocheni, Msasani, Kurasini, Ubungo, Manzese, Mwenge, Airport, Buguruni = 6000 Tshs

Zone C- Tegeta, Kimara, Kawe, Mbagala, Temeke, Kigamboni, Mbezi, Mbezi Beach, Pugu = 8000 Tshs

Why am i getting charged more than the standard shipping rate?

Based on your location you will sometimes be requested to pay more for your order to be shipped.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

It depends on the work load at Epic Computers, but most orders will be shipped in 24 hrs time.

Can you deliver to other regions in Tanzania?

Yes, there are various ways:

For small products weighting less we send packages through EMS to any region in Tanzania.

For big or expensive products then use the alternative below:

Either have someone you know in Dar es Salaam contact us and ship the product for you OR if you know any trusted driver of Regional Coach/ Buses we will arrange delivery with him, for more information please give us a call.

 

 

Digital Order Delivery:

What is the delivery time for digital products including software and digital codes?

Your order will normally be delivered in 1-3 hours by email, whatsapp or sms.

What is included in a digital order?

It is usually just a simple text or image for you to redeem, it is recommended to redeem your code as soon as you receive it. 

Can i purchase digital products on your store/shop at City Mall?

Yes, you can come to our shop if you need any assistance with your digital order.
